Our food truck business started in 2014 out of a converted camper selling gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches w/ baked mac n cheese. In 2017 we transitioned from our food trailer to opening up a family diner on the Westbrook / Windham line called Great Scott's Family Diner. We served many homemade breakfast & lunch items from our homemade biscuits, sausage gravy, muffins to our baked mac n cheese. In early 2020, we were forced to scale back due to Covid. We knew we had to change our way of doing business during these times so in late May, of 2020, we finally closed our doors for good and purchased our newest food truck. We rebranded the business to Great Scott's Mac Wagon and have had great success since doing so. The wagon offers our creamy mac n cheese, pulled pork, pulled chicken, deep fried bacon, deep fried Brussel sprouts, award winning (Best of the 207, 2025 & 2026) Lobster Mac n Cheese & our handcrafted sauces. We also offer mobile catering for any and all occasion. We will bring our kitchen to you! this year, 2026, we have rebranded once again from Great Scott's Mac Wagon to Great Scott's Eats, still keeping our current menu. We hope that you will check us out & taste our delicious menu offerings! Our team is dedicated to providing the very best in service and in food. We used Great Scott's Eats for an event at Throttle and I could not have been happier with the outcome. They put together exactly what we were looking for, made it look amazing and were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I would give anything for this place to have a restaurant or food truck located in Bridgton. I am OBSESSED with their food. I am sick right now and would give anything for their Mac and Cheese!!!!
This is the second time we have used Great Scott's services. The first was catering for our son's High School graduation. The second time we used the Mac Truck service for his military send off party. We loved having the wagon. Everyone loved the menu items. It was the best way to have a party. No cooking or clean up!! We highly recommend Great Scott's Services.
Scott and his team do an outstanding job. We use them twice a year for our companies annual functions and have found his food fantastic and his team professional and friendly. Our functions are held at our home so to have him able to do all the cooking and prep outside of our actual kitchen is amazing. Scott’s great, highly recommended.
Scott and his son Jake catered a rehearsal brunch (27 guests) and welcome reception (65 guests) for our wedding at Sebago Lake in June. They brought their food truck and spent the day cooking for us. Everyone loved them - great service, absolute gentlemen, and the food was unbelievable. We would rate them a 10/10 and can’t say enough good things about the experience. The clam chowder and lobster rolls were especially popular with our guests, but honestly everything on the menu was very good. Don’t second guess - hire Scott for your event today!
Scott and his team catered a graduation party for 100 people and he made everything so easy for us! I cannot tell you how many guests came to me to tell me how good the food and service was! Thank you, Scott!
Scott & Team were awesome. Highly recommended for event catering. The Taco Bar fed a large group of hungry engineers with room to spare. The food was great, service was on time, and the staff was friendly! Best part: Scott handled all the set-up, break down, and clean-up at the end!

Scott is the best!! He did a wedding and a rehearsal dinner for us at two different locations. He is great to work with and is so accommodating. His food is fabulous! Would recommend to anyone
